We generally ship next business day upon receipt of funds via paypal. To USA we send most small and medium sized items via Small Packet or Light Packet service (both are Air) for which we maintain proof of shipment. Within Canada these items go by regular post.

Our basic shipping prices refer to regular Canada Post mail delivery. Delivery times vary by region or country. Please allow 7-12 business days for most items before contacting us with delivery enquiries. Delivery times to the southwest USA and US west coast can take 2-3 weeks.

Additional insurance and expedited postal shipping premiums are available. For high value shipments (exceeding $100 value) consider purchasing a $10 expedited/tracked upgrade. Please contact us for info.

If you cannot make payment by PayPal funds transfer or direct credit card payment via PayPal, please contact us to arrange other payment methods prior to completing your purchase.

Note For Canada Buyers: We accept certified CAD $ cheques, personal cheques written on Canadian banks in CAD $ currency, Canadian dollar postal money orders in CAD $ currency. See http://----- for the current CAD $ equivalent for your final cart value. Your items ships once the cheque clears. With certified cheques, we'll ship next business day upon receipt.

Note For USA or International Buyers: in addition to methods 1 and 2 mentioned above, we accept wire transfers, and international postal money orders in USD. Please contact us to arrange.

We accept returns for full store credit within seven days of receipt on regularly listed items sold here with the exception of pierced earrings and custom made items.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please email us to let us know that you wish to return your purchase prior to shipping. We will grant credit for the return of new, unused items received in the original packaging. Please DO NOT send returns to us via courier. Please send returning merchandise via USPS, Canada Post or regular mail as we are not responsible for brokerage or duties incurred on return shipments.
