Return of product(s) sold are accepted only for case of manufacture defect or damage in shipping (if insured). Email must be send to ----- prior to returning item(s), verfication(s) will be necessary to proof the return claim, buyer may be asked to take digital photo for the product and send to us for evaluation. Once a return claim is verified, instructions will be given to the buyer on returning of the item(s).

Please note, user damage, user's inability to operate/use a purchased item, shipping damage to un-insured item are not accepted for return. Buyer is responsible for the postage of returning an item back to us, likewise we will pay the postage of sending replacement back to the buyer.
